This Privacy Policy explains how mobile applications published by Moiks Studio handle information, device permissions, third-party services, and your privacy choices.

1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications, games, websites, and related services published or operated under the name Moiks Studio, unless a specific product provides a separate privacy policy.

By using a Moiks Studio app or service, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. Where consent is required by law, we will request it before collecting or using the relevant information.

2. Information we may process

The information processed depends on the app and the features you use.

Information you provide

  • Support messages, feedback, bug reports, and other communications you send to us.
  • Account details, profile information, or content you submit when an app provides account-based features.
  • Files, photos, videos, audio, text, contacts, calendar entries, or other content you select for an app feature.
  • Purchase or subscription status supplied by Google Play or Apple. We do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card details.

Information collected automatically

  • App version, device model, operating-system version, language, country or region, and basic device settings.
  • App interactions, feature usage, session information, performance data, diagnostics, and crash reports.
  • Advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, and ad interaction data when an app uses advertising services and applicable consent has been obtained.
  • Network information and IP address used to deliver online features, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
Local processing: Many utility features may process selected media or files directly on your device. When an app works fully offline, that content is not uploaded to Moiks Studio servers unless the app clearly tells you otherwise or you intentionally use an online feature.

3. Device permissions

Depending on the app, we may request the permissions below. Permissions are requested only when needed, and you can deny or revoke them through your device settings. Some features may not work without the relevant permission.

CameraTo capture photos or videos, scan documents or codes, provide camera-based effects, or support other features you initiate.
MicrophoneTo record audio, add narration, process voice, support audio or video creation, or enable another audio feature you start.
Photos, videos & media libraryTo let you select, view, edit, organize, convert, save, export, or share media. Where available, we prefer limited-access system pickers.
Files & storageTo open, create, organize, export, or save files you choose. Broad storage access is used only when essential to an app's core file-management function.
ContactsTo let you select a recipient, display contact information, or provide a contact-related feature. We do not use contacts for unrelated advertising.
LocationTo provide location-based features such as maps, local content, navigation, tagging, or nearby results. Precise or background location is requested only when essential and clearly disclosed.
NotificationsTo send reminders, status updates, scheduled alerts, completion notices, or other messages you enable. Notifications can be disabled in device settings.
Bluetooth & nearby devicesTo discover, connect to, and communicate with supported accessories or nearby devices for a feature you use.
Local networkTo discover or communicate with devices and services on your local network when an app provides casting, transfer, IoT, or device-control features.
Calendar & remindersTo create, read, or update events and reminders only when you use a scheduling feature.
Motion, fitness & health dataTo provide activity, fitness, wellness, or motion-based features after your authorization. Such data is not used for advertising.
BiometricsTo unlock or protect app content using the device's secure biometric system. Moiks Studio does not receive your fingerprint or facial biometric template.
Phone, SMS or call featuresTo initiate a call or message, verify a phone number, or provide another communication feature. We do not access call logs or SMS unless essential, permitted, and clearly disclosed.
Installed apps / package visibilityTo identify compatible apps for a direct user-requested action, such as opening or sharing content. We do not inventory installed apps for unrelated purposes.
Advertising tracking permissionOn supported Apple devices, an app may request permission before accessing data used to track you across other companies' apps and websites. You may decline.
Internet & network stateTo load online content, deliver ads, validate purchases, synchronize data, receive updates, and diagnose connectivity.

4. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, personalize, and improve app features.
  • Process actions you request, including editing, conversion, storage, synchronization, sharing, or communication.
  • Remember settings, preferences, progress, purchases, or subscription status.
  • Analyze reliability, diagnose crashes, prevent fraud or abuse, and protect users and our services.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate important service or policy updates.
  • Display and measure advertising in ad-supported apps, subject to applicable law and consent choices.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use sensitive device permissions for purposes unrelated to the app's disclosed core functionality.

5. When information may be shared

We may share limited information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: Vendors that provide hosting, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, customer support, cloud services, or other app infrastructure.
  • User-directed actions: When you choose to export, share, upload, cast, message, or otherwise send content to another app, person, device, or service.
  • Legal and safety reasons: When reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or enforce agreements.
  • Business changes: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • With consent: For another purpose clearly explained to you at the time.

6. Third-party services and SDKs

Some Moiks Studio apps may integrate third-party services. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies. Depending on the app, providers may include:

  • Google Play services, Google Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob.
  • Apple services such as App Store, StoreKit, Game Center, iCloud, CloudKit, and Apple advertising or attribution services.
  • Consent-management, attribution, analytics, cloud hosting, customer support, or advertising partners disclosed in the relevant app or store listing.

Third-party SDK behavior can vary by configuration, platform, region, consent status, and app version. Please review the app's Google Play Data safety section or Apple App Privacy label for app-specific disclosures.

7. Data storage and retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain legitimate business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.

Content processed only on your device remains under your control and can generally be removed by deleting it, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app. Server-stored information, where applicable, is deleted or anonymized according to the relevant app's functionality, legal requirements, and operational backup cycles.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These may include access controls, secure platform APIs, encrypted transmission where appropriate, and limited data collection.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location and the app, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information.

  • Manage device permissions in Android or Apple device settings.
  • Manage notification preferences in the app or device settings.
  • Manage ad personalization and tracking choices through device settings, consent screens, or platform controls.
  • Delete locally stored app data by using an in-app deletion option, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the app.
  • Request access to or deletion of server-side personal data, where applicable, by contacting us.

To protect users, we may need to verify a request before completing it. We may retain information where required by law or where an exception applies.

10. Children's privacy

Unless an app is expressly designed and labeled for children, Moiks Studio services are not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

Apps intended for children will use age-appropriate design, disclosures, SDKs, advertising practices, and parental controls as required by applicable platform policies and law. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request review or deletion.

11. International data processing

Third-party providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, appropriate measures are used to protect cross-border transfers in accordance with applicable law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our apps, technology, legal requirements, or business practices. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through an app, store listing, or other appropriate notice.
